E-Modul Larutan penyangga berbasis masalah ini telah diuji validitas daan pratikalitasnya, namun belum diuji efektivitasnya. Metode yang digunakan Pada penelitian ini ialah <em>pra- eksperimen</em> dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, dimana kelas XI Fase F3 yang berjumlah 33 orang sebagai subjek penelitian. Untuk istrumen penelitian ini berupa soal <em>pretest</em> dan <em>posttest</em>. Data peningkatan nilai <em>pretest</em> dan <em>posttest</em> terhadap peserta didik memiliki variansi yang homogeny serta berdistribusi normal. Berdasarkan uji <em>paired t-test</em> dengan taraf α = 0,05, diperoleh t-hitung (22,005) > t-tabel (1,694), hal ini menunjukan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik. Dibutuhkan implementasi modul yang memanfaatkan teknologi untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menentukan validitas dari e-modul. E-modul dikembangkan dengan model plomp dari <em>Educational Design Research</em> (EDR). Tahap penelitian pendahuluan, tahap prototipe, dan tahap penilaian merupakan tiga tahapan model Plomp, namun penelitian ini dibatasi pada prototipe III. Validasi e-modul menggunakan instrumen berupa angket yang terdiri dari aspek kelayakan isi, penyajian, kegrafisan, dan kebahasaan. This research aims to develop a valid and practical guided inquiry-based E-LKPD on acid and base subject for class XI SMA/MA. The type of research used is design research with a plomp development model. The results of this research show that the E-LKPD developed is valid and practical. The average content validity value of E-LKPD is 0.85 with a valid category and the average construct validity value of E-LKPD is 0.85 with a valid category. Indonesia's literacy skills are still relatively low because they are categorized as countries with scores below the average, this is evidenced by the results of PISA. The low literacy skills are caused by several factors such as the difficulty of understanding concepts where learning is not associated with events that occur in everyday life. So that students become not literate in chemical literacy. Therefore, the importance of efforts to build students' chemical understanding skills as a whole through the development of chemical literacy-based test instruments on atomic structure and nanotechnology materials. This research is a Research and Development (R&D) study using the Rasch Model through 10 steps by Xiufeng in 2020. The resulting test instrument is expected to be able to measure students' chemical literacy skills on atomic structure and nanotechnology materials. Content validity analysis by validators found that all items were in the valid category.
