This study aims to analyze the effect of the implementation of icebreaking and rewards on the learning outcomes of chemistry students in the Basic Chemistry course. The study used a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental design. The research sample was students of the Chemistry Education Study Program selected through purposive sampling and divided into experimental and control groups. Treatment was given for eight meetings in the form of the implementation of ice breaking activities and the provision of rewards as motivational reinforcement. Learning outcome data were obtained through written tests that had been tested for validity and reliability, then analyzed using inferential statistics. The results showed that the average learning outcome score of the experimental group (79.74) was higher than that of the control group (73.30). The independent t-test showed a significant difference with a value of t(33) = 4.854 and p &lt; 0.001, and an effect size of 1.41, which is considered large. These findings indicate that the implementation of ice breaking and rewards significantly improves student learning outcomes. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of using Android-based Acidbase.apk chemistry learning media on acid and base materials on the learning outcomes of grade XI students at SMA Negeri 2 Bangko, compared to conventional learning methods applied at the school. This study used a Quasi Experiment design with pretest-posttest control group, and purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through student learning outcomes test. Data analysis was conducted with t-test and N-gain test. The calculation results show the tcount value (0.762) &lt; ttable (1.995) and the significance value of 0.448 &gt; α (0.05), so Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. Based on the N-gain test, Android learning media is included in the low criteria with a normalised gain index of 0.28, while conventional learning is in the medium criteria with a normalised gain index of 0.44. Thus, the increase in learning outcomes using Android-based learning media is lower than the conventional method. In conclusion, computer-based applications or Android are not always effective in supporting learning outcomes. The method used is a quasi experimental with a nonequivalent control group design. Sampling used a purposive sampling technique with a population of 72 students consisting of 36 students of class XII IPA 1 (control class) and 36 students of class XII IPA 2 (experimental class). The research instrument was a multiple-choice test of 20 questions that had been tested for validation and reliability. Data were analyzed using parametric statistical techniques. The results of the posttest data hypothesis test using the t-test (Paired Sample Test) with a significance level of 5% obtained a value of .Sig (2-tailed) of 0.001 &lt;0.05 so that H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. Using a descriptive survey approach with a cross-sectional design, data were collected from 36 students via a questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistics and Rasch modeling. The results indicate that the majority of students come from lower-middle-income families. There is a paradox: while 100% of students own smartphones, only 25% use them for learning. Although students’ intrinsic motivation was low, their extrinsic motivation regarding the need for digital media was very high, and Rasch analysis revealed that the highest motivation was actually found among students from low-income families with independent access to smartphones. Their potential as a fermented food is considerable because they contain carbohydrates similar to those found in napa cabbage, the primary ingredient used in kimchi. This study aimed to determine the product assessment of the taste, aroma, and texture of bamboo shoot kimchi in food chemistry learning using an inquiry-based approach. The inquiry stages included problem formulation, formulation of experimental objectives, hypothesis development, collection of data on tools, materials, and procedures, data analysis, and drawing conclusions. The research employed a quantitative descriptive method to describe the quality of bamboo shoot kimchi products and compare them with napa cabbage kimchi produced by students in inquiry-based food chemistry learning. This study uses a quantitative, quasi-experimental design with a nonequivalent control group. The research sample consisted of two XI MIPA classes at SMAN 1 Pekanbaru: the experimental class, which used the ICARE model, and the control class, which used conventional learning. Communication skills data were collected through observation sheets, while improvements in learning outcomes were analyzed using the N-Gain value. The results showed that applying the ICARE learning model improved students' communication skills, with moderate to high gains. In addition, there was a significant difference between the experimental and control classes. This study aims to examine the effect of smartboard media integration within the Direct Instruction model on students' learning outcomes in reaction rate material. A pre-experimental approach with a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design was used, involving 43 students of class X.E at SMK SMAK Makassar selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through pretest and posttest instruments, then analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, N-Gain, and Cohen's d effect size. The results showed an increase in the average score from 49.30 in the pretest to 61.16 in the posttest. The Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test confirmed a significant difference (Asymp. Sig. = 0.000 &lt; 0.05). Although the N-Gain value of 0.21 fell in the low category partly attributed to the ceiling effect for high-pretest students and the inherent conceptual complexity of reaction rate the Cohen's d value of 0.73 indicated a medium practical effect, comparable to other innovative chemistry teaching strategies. The synergy between smartboard's dynamic visualizations and the structured, step-by-step delivery of Direct Instruction effectively facilitated students' understanding of abstract submicroscopic concepts such as collision theory and activation energy. The study employed the ADDIE development model, which includes the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The research subjects were Grade XII students of SMA Negeri 1 Bonti who were involved in the media trial. The trials were carried out in two stages, namely a small-group trial involving 6 students and a large-group trial involving 30 students in one class. The instruments used consisted of validation sheets from material experts, media experts, and language experts, as well as response questionnaires for teachers and students. Data collection techniques were conducted through expert validation and the distribution of questionnaires in both trial stages. The results showed that the Triplet Card learning media obtained a high level of validity, with an average score of 88% for the material aspect, 93% for the media aspect, and 91% for the language aspect. The practicality test also indicated very positive responses, with 97% from the teacher and 88% from students.
