The learning outcomes of Grade X students at SMAS Adabiah 2 Padang on chemical compound nomenclature and chemical reaction equations were below expectations, as indicated by the average Daily Assessment (PH) score of 57.77 in the 2024/2025 academic year. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of using Problem-Based Learning e-Student Worksheets (e-LKPD) assisted by Liveworksheet in improving students' learning outcomes on the topics of chemical compound nomenclature and chemical reaction equations among Grade X students at SMAS Adabiah 2 Padang. This study using a quasi-experimental Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Samples were selected through purposive sampling, with Class X.E2 as the control group and Class X.E3 as the experimental group. A three-tier diagnostic test was used as the research instrument, and the data were analyzed using the normality test, homogeneity test, Mann–Whitney U test, N-gain test, and effect size analysis. The results of the Mann–Whitney U test showed a posttest significance value of 0.001 (<0.05), indicating a significant difference in learning outcomes between the two classes. The experimental class obtained an average N-gain score of 0.7577, which falls into the high category, with an effectiveness percentage of 75.77%, indicating that the intervention was effective. The effect size (r) was calculated to be 0.38, which is classified as a medium effect. Therefore, Problem-Based Learning e-Student Worksheets (e-LKPD) assisted by Liveworksheet effectively improved the cognitive learning outcomes of Grade X students at SMAS Adabiah 2 Padang on chemical compound nomenclature and chemical reaction equations.
